The only thing I always have a problem with is the waiting time. My appt. was for 3 pm. I wasnt called until 3:45. nd then I finally left at 4:30. I had already been to Dr. DeMichele the optometrist and she referred me for laser surgery for my right eye. I guess overall everyone was very nice and theres not much you can do for waiting time

The people are so nice and the doctor listens to you and he explains everything to you. One of the nicest Drs you will ever meet.

Dr Havarilla is very thorough and friendly,And he listens to you, I would definitely recommend him he knows what hes doing, And I would recommend eye care specialist to everyone.
