    Patients dont appreciate waiting for an hour or two to be called to an examination room, and they dislike being sent back to the waiting area for a length of time while their eyes dilate. Glasses are very expensive at Eye Care Specialists. Most staff are very friendly. Most of my experiences there have been positive!

    I thought Dr. Gilbert was very nice knowledgeable. Even consulted with Dr. Empfield for my problem because she knew he treated me in the past.

    So happy that Dr. emphield is back at Eye Care. Ive seen many doctors in my time because I have a chronic eye condition and he gives The most thorough eye exam of anyone Ive ever seen. This gives me confidence to know that my eyes have not deteriorated. Dr. Emphield is the reason Im at Eye Care. He is very compassionate and knowledgeable .

    The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Took me to each department in a timely manner. From check in to check out was seemless.
