Front desk was very personable and helpful. All workers/specialists were friendly, informative and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!! Dr. Grohol was awesome!!

Here is why I didn't give a 10 I got the text to check in before I got there the morning of the appointment I checked in got there and they said I wasn't checked in went to check in so now I have to stand and take all my cards out of my purse and scan them in then I get almost done and the kiosk shut down so now I have to start all over again then I get to the end and it tells me I have to go to the desk anyway I ask the girl to just check me in and she said she could help at the kiosk I said I could do it but all my stuff is correct please just check me in nope she would not so that was why I was back to the kiosk I told this to everyone there I have been with my eye Dr for many years followed him where ever he has been but that day I was so upset that I just wanted to walk out of there and find a new Dr all because of your stupid computer system
