The Care and Service is very good at the Eye Care Specialist! However, the Wait Time in the Waiting Room was ridiculous!!! My Dad had to wait 40 minutes prior to being seen. A lady sitting there quoted that she had to wait an hour at her last appointment prior to being seem. This needs to be rectified.

I think the doctors make it a comfortable place to get your eyes examined. The doctors and technicians explain everything in an understandable way. I will not be buying my glasses there because I have had some problems with my last pair and they didnt do anything to fix it.
