My appointment started with a gentleman named Nick - not only was he friendly & courteous, he explained every procedure he was doing which made for a comfortable & pleasant experience. He did an excellent job!!! And I can not say enough good things about Dr. Louie - she did my cataract surgery a few years back & I always know I'm in good hands with her.

Excellent doctors and staff: however, their Practice is overwhelmed.. Medical appointments are many months out and call wait times - just to speak to someone - is insanely long. For example, I was "call #94. . . "estimated wait time 87 minutes" . This practice is good; however, bring extra patience and understanding .

Although the waiting room was busy, the professional staff were excellent. From the time that the first staff person got me, to my leaving, the staff communicated well, provided me with answers to my questions, and gave me clear direction for each step in the process.
