    Saw Dr. Strickland. She was a revelation! I was switched to her from Dr. Ford, without my consent or input. But Had I known, I wold have requested a switch years ago.

    My appointment went well. The worst part of my visit was when I had to wait for 25 minutes to pick up the prescription for my glasses. There has to be a more efficient way to get prescriptions than waiting in the eye glass center. The folk working there was busy fitting customers with glasses, so the people waiting on prescriptions were just hanging out until someone thought about the prescriptions on the printer. That was a huge waste of my time.
