My first here, and I got checked in quickly, the staff was very friendly, and Dr. Taylor was very thorough and explained about my eye issues. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an eye doctor.

I had not had a good experience with another/different ophthalmologist's office. That made me anxietal about trying to find the right ophthalmologist (and staff) for me. One who would be accommodating to me and to my much needed service dog.My anxiety was relieved from the first call for scheduling, then being pleasantly greeted at first appointment, to the end of appointment. Every tech, every person and Dr. McMillan was not only welcoming and calming, and professional they went above and beyond for me and my SD.5 out of 5 STARS! I can not say enough good things about my experience at the Sevierville office.HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Great! Friendly, quick work-in and thorough eye exam.I'd lost my glasses and was able to get an appointment for exam to get a new prescription quickly. Optometrist was very good and explained everything they were doing.

Had to cancel and reschedule my appointment. They made it very easy for me, and there was no real waiting time. The office had a difficult time confirming my insurance and were more than willing to help me when possible. The front desk staff, especially Shelby, caught an an issue with my insurance, which I was able to fix before my appointment. My doctor was Dr Invergo-Taylor. She explained everything in examining my eyes and assured me that my eyes were healthy. I was assessed to need a new pair of glasses, but there had only been mild changes in my eyesight. I was able to select the frames and type of glasses in the same office and Julie was diligent and friendly throughout the whole process. Overall everyone in this office were extremely proficient and likeable, and would recommend anyone to visit them for eye care.
