Dr Williams is very thorough and explains everything. My husband had seen her a few days prior and was very impressed with time taken with the examination.Receptionist was cold and snappy but youre not there for her. My husband said he had been treated rudely from the support staff as well. He left without buying his glasses there because of it. Wont be planning to purchase glasses there for two reasons. 1) Support staff changes needed2) Glasses are extremely overpriced compared to other places.We still plan to return because of Dr Williams. I would highly recommend her.
