I haven't had an eye appointment in a few years so I really needed to update my prescription and frames. I saw that the Hardin Valley location was hosting a Trunk Show so I stopped by and picked out some new frames. The employees at the store were super helpful and gave honest feedback on which frames suited my face and personal style which was important and much appreciated since I had gone alone. I ended up picking out a super cute pair of Vera Wang frames and got a great deal since they were having an event. While at the office I scheduled my appointment for an eye exam. Rebekah was kind and got my appointment booked easily!At my appointment I saw Dr. Kibler for my eye exam. She was so patient and thorough, I didn't feel rushed at all and she asked questions to get to know my lifestyle and vision concerns more. She even did a Glaucoma exam since one of my results was slightly abnormal. Throughout the exam she explained everything in detail and provided me with a plan of action moving forward.After my appointment, I saw the optician, since I already had frames picked out we discussed lens options. Since I work on a computer all day and have started to experience more headaches as a result we decided to add the Crizal Blue Blocking lens coating.I have had my new glasses for about 2 weeks now and I am beyond happy with the service I received and the way my new glasses look and function. I will definitely be visiting an EyeCare Optical location again when I need another exam!
