Overall, a good experience. Wait time was too long for the initial eye exam, and having to come back to the Surgery Center for the simple YAG procedure was a bit aggravating since the Surgery Center is an extra fee, but everyone was nice and the procedure went quickly. Dr. McMillan is very nice and pleasant.

Everyone did their job well and were nice and courteous, however the wait time was excessive in completing the visit. It took me approximately 1hr and 45 minutes from my appointment time till I was dismissed. My actual time with the doctor was about 5 minutes. My time with the assistants was approximately 10 -15 minutes with the lady who checked my eye sight, 2-3 minutes for a photo of my retina and the rest was wait time.
