The visit itself was great and the staff very helpful, but the wait was very long. I would give a 5 other than the wait and Im sure it was because of emergencies and it being a Saturday, so understandable

We had a good experience overall. The wait times for a rather long during our first appointment. The second appointment was much better. My dad had an eye injection to help his macular degeneration, my request would be that they offer a hard, clear plastic eyepatch to help him from touching his for three days after the procedure, other than that we were pleased.

The staff is INCREDIBLE and very very friendly. The only thing keeping rate from five stars...theyre almost always running an hour or more behind. Expect to wait for a long long time. Both my experiences I was there for close to 5 hours.
