Schedule was off causing excessive wait times. They lost track of what procedures had already been performed causing appointment to take longer than 90 minutes.

Dr. Liu rushed in and out. It was a follow up appointment after laser treatment of whole in my retina. She was rough in opening my eyes during the examine. Reluctant to spend any time answering questions. I only chose her because of 5 star rating. Disappointed and will ask for another doctor.

The front office staff is very friendly, helpful professional. The medical assistants are another story. Young, inexperienced, apathetic, condescending. I went to an appt with my elderly mother. Was told it would be 1-3 hours before we would be seen by Dr. Liu after they did a rushed, cursory exam. Are you kidding me?! MA shrugged told us Dr. Liu is very busy a specialist.
