Dr Liu has been my retinal care provider for the past year. She has proven to be efficient and effective in delivery of her services and very considerate in addressing my questions and concerns regarding my treatment for wet macular degeneration. I have no doubt that I am in the best hands under her care.

The front office staff is very friendly, helpful professional. The medical assistants are another story. Young, inexperienced, apathetic, condescending. I went to an appt with my elderly mother. Was told it would be 1-3 hours before we would be seen by Dr. Liu after they did a rushed, cursory exam. Are you kidding me?! MA shrugged told us Dr. Liu is very busy a specialist.

Felt a bit rushed with the doctor, had to ask questions that should have been addressed, but that she was very competent. Cannot thank Nancy and Gary for their patience, competence, professionalism and compassion. My first visit with a confusing, frightening diagnosis, so I am extremely grateful for their understanding and kindness.
