I started experiencing concerning symptoms over the holiday weekend and was quite surprised I was able to get specialist attention so quickly. They got me in for an exam as a new patient early in the morning the day after Christmas to make sure my symptoms werent a retinal tear. The on-call doc/nurse called back within 30 minutes of my leaving a message early on Christmas morning. She sounded very professional and knowledgeable and concluded that I probably wasnt experiencing an emergency. During the visit, they were friendly, efficient and effective moving many patients through their process but still giving individual attention. Dr. Andrew (Zheng) took the time to explain thoroughly what was going on with my eye, even using an eye model. I feel very confident in their diagnosis, this practice has patient care down to an art and science. I will definitely be going back for my follow up care.
