I read reviews before I went and was concerned with it not being a 5 out of 5 stars. Most of the score dings were because of the wait. I had been told to allow 3 hours.I arrived early, as I had to travel over 100 miles and not certain about road construction or traffic. The office staff was very kind and informed me I would be waiting. This wasnt unexpected, I read the reviews. They sent me to a color coded waiting area for Dr Brian Joondeph. They called person after person and finally called me 40 minutes after my scheduled appt. To my surprise, everything went very quickly from there. I was brought to 4 different rooms for analysis by 4 different machines, all with different professionals. All were warm and informative. Finally with the Dr in room 5. He looked at all of the tests and scans, examined my eye, and explained his recommended procedure. Off to room 6, Dr Joondeph then successfully performed the procedure. I was finished in less than 2 hours after my scheduled time!

My vision on my left eye seemed to be worse. They got me in right away and took pictures and screening right away. Luckily nothing was wrong and everything looked fine.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I am very pleased and feel very confident with the care I receive from Dr. Joondeph.
