New patient who needed glasses after a bad fall bent my bifocals. I am older and had cataract surgery many years ago. I expected a traditional quick duplication of my glasses with little personal attention. Boy was I surprised and pleased. Not only was everyone efficient, patient, and professional, they were very kind. Felt much more secure about no bad aftereffects from falling. Tks
