The doctors are great. The staff is always helpful as well. I would have given a 5 rating except the last visit the doctor had a script to be sent to my pharmacy after 2 days I called pharmacy and they had not received the script I called Clay Eye and spoke with a staff member and she said they had a technical issue and would send to pharmacy within 2 days well that was over a month ago and I still don't have the medicine.

Dr. Pecaro has been my opthalmolgist for a couple years now. I am diabetic and have a detached retina in my right eye. Dr. P as been working with me to prevent this from happening in my only good eye. He has done the lazer treatment on it a couple times. He is always caring when I see him and makes sure I understand everything before I leave his office. His office demeanor is outstanding and I trust him completely. The office personnel is most always polite and helpful. My wife sees Dr. Donovan for her glaucoma and she is very happy with him.My only complaint with the practice is they gave me the wrong prescription last year. I had to have my glasses changed twice before I decided to go to an optomotrist and got the correct prescription. My wife also had problems and they charged her to recheck hers and made a minor change to her prescription. This is the first time either of us have ever had an eye doctor's office charge for a recheck. Hence taking off one star. We will both have our refractions done by an optometrist from now on. No more letting a technician do the doctor's job.

It saved a very sweet friends eye sight!! And got her into surgery as quickly as possible.
