This provider office in Orange Park Mrs Islam by herself is very nice an she got a great team of workers that makes any body welcome with thier warm pleasnt smiles an they shows by not rushing doing thier jobs an explaining to a patience of care I'm glad to be 1 of ur new patient Mrs Islam

Very professional. Doctors have great bedside manner. They take time to explain in a way you understand. My experiences have been with Dr. Larry Levine and he goes above and beyond to see that you get the care you need. I highly recommend
