Veteran friendly facility. The office staff will keep doors open during your exam for total transparency and consideration(if needed). I appreciated the efficiency with each staff member there. If you have had PRK or LASIK come here for your follow up apt. Still have clear 20/20, and very satisfied. They will work very well with your triggersfor other veterans. The staff is very helpful, if you are slower moving, they wait for you. They will not rush you like other facilities can do.

The receptionist was very polite and professional and made me feel comfortable. The office seems well organized and very clean which is a must to me. The eye technician was super nice, did all of the preliminary tests with courtesy and respect. Dr. Bullock was rushed and didnt spend very much time explaining things which left me feeling a bit like another thing to check off his list. He was professional and polite, but not overlty friendly. (That impression may be because I am overtly friendly may exoect everyone else to be, which is irrational, so orobably just me) Dr. Bullocks scheduling lady, was very nice, efficient and helpful. Overall, I am well pleased with Clay Eye Physicians and Surgeons.

I was seen at the Middleburg location and was so impressed with the experience. They were able to get me in just 30 minutes after I called! As a new patient they made everything incredibly smooth. Dr. Frick was amazing, very kind and thorough. I wish I had gotten everyones names because from check-in to check-out, every single person I interacted with was genuinely sweet, welcoming, and accommodating. Highly recommend!
