Nov 7 2025 I had a 1:30PM appointment at Clay Eye to see Dr Hayes. From the moment I checked in at the desk, everyone was polite and helpful. My wait was about 5 minutes, and I was called to the back to take some vision tests on machines. I was then taken to another waiting room, and again I only a waited a few minutes. I was pleasantly surprised with my short wait. I was then taken to an examination room. When checked out and got in my car it was 2:45pm. I did not need glasses that day. My appointment was for a follow up.

Dr. Pecoraro took the time to explain my eye test results and answer all my questions clearly. The staff was friendly, the wait was short, and the whole visit felt professional and reassuring. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful (better) experience at Clay with Dr Harmel. She was easy to talk to, so professional, did a great job with a small procedure on my eye Her tech Peyton was so comforting and did a great job with my prep. I must also include how compassionate and kind the scheduling girl for procedures was. Just finally an all around positive experience.

Dr. Downer and his staff are great. Patient and and answered all my questions and concerns. Will continue to hold Clay Eye in high regard as we have for 2-3 decades now.
