After my Dec.12 appointment @ 3:30p, I was conversing with other patients after our appointments. It was difficult to do so, after drops of meds still diluted our pupils, to see each other and make eye contact!Any possibility of installing protective shades to shield recently diluted eyes from low, southern direct sun? It can shine thru the south west windows behind the techs and directly into future patients diluted eyes!Sincerely Thanks, Tim V.

Friendly and professional in all areas of the experience. There is a small policy suggestion in regard to th prescription eye glass section tol provide for a code be to reach the personalized tech in order to expedite a closer patient provider relationship

I have been seeing Dr. Bullock for a specific eye issue. He has been wonderful in treating it. Hes quick and straight to the point. Most of the staff is very friendly but some are quite cold by not introducing themselves even though they are doing very minimal procedures on me it would be appropriate for them to introduce themselves. All in all Im there for an eye problem and its being treated very well and thats all thats really all thats important.

Had my appointment yesterday I was running late I called. When I got there the front desk staff was so polite and kind. The young lady who attended to me in the back was so sweet and explained step by step. My doctor what can I say I understood why those who worked closely with him were so helpful and kind. I felt kindness, thoroughness and passion from our dear doctor.I am so grateful/greatful.
