Dr. Downer performed my cataract surgery. It was the quickest easiest procedure I have ever had. Dr. Downer was great the surgery was perfect. Should I need anything else for my vision, this is the Doctor I would see.

I worked in the medical profession for 33 years and Dr. Downer is one of the best, well informed doctors I have had treat me. His no nonsense direct approach has been refreshing, and has reduced my the eye problems I had because of delays in addressing the them with previous providers. Continuity of care with the same provider makes a big difference in that they know your history and can assess the total medical picture being presented.
