Office staff are friendly and knowledgeable and like a fine tuned machine Ive never seen anything like it !! Dr Downer came highly recommended by other family members who had their cataracts removed by him meeting him he did not disappoint Im looking forward to having better vision ... I called twice after I left there with some questions that came to mind and the phone staff was wonderful and very knowledgeable. ... I am very highly recommend this practice !! A great big thank you to everyone who took such good care of me looking forward to the next few months of getting my vision improved And being able to deal with such a wonderful practice instead of some past experiences with others ..
