    Dr. Downer is one of the best men I have come to know and blessed that he has done all he has for me and my vision. Had a full cornea transplant in October 2020 and before that he was tough on me and since the surgery we have worked together to make sure my eye and surgery was successful even with my crazy training for Spartan Races. Also so blessed that Clay Eye and Dr. Downer worked hard to make sure my insurance paid for my surgery and I know his team had some choice words directly sent to my Primary Care Doctor. Thanks so much Dr. Downer I will see you after the New Year.

    My medical problem was evaluated with numerous needed tests and the resolution was welcomed and dealt with quickly. Very satisfied with my care. Everyone gave me the time I needed. All the staff and Dr. Levine did an outstanding job for me and my issue is improving daily, thanks to all of them at Clay Eye.
