The receptionist did not greet us when we got there, which was kind of off-putting, but she was much more attentive when we were leaving. The young man that did the preliminary tests was ever so nice, and made me feel at ease. The doctor was very nice, explained everything he was doing and why, and performed the ophthalmologist testing very thoroughly. Overall, I am well pleased with Clay Eye Physicians and Surgeons.

Very clean, courteous and professional atmosphere. Everything is explained as it's being done. I didn't feel rushed and my questions were fully addressed. Minimal wait time before appointment and the entire process was quick and efficient. Dr. Swinehart was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure.

The staff and Dr. Haynes were very helpful and attentive. Dr. Hayes is very friendly which made me more comfortable with the dr. visit I had a recheck and the office was able to get me in on the next day. The texting option was excellent! The office responded to me right away. I Love the texting option.
