    Honestly its been a challenging experience. The receptionists are hit or miss- almost everyone acts annoyed of you being there and makes you feel very uncomfortable. The first time I went I felt rushed and that my needs were not properly cared for, so much so that I had to schedule another appointment to try to determine whats going on with my eyes. The assistants in the optical room are also robotic and insensitive, with the exception of the contact lens fitting team. The doctors operate with haste and make you feel intimidated for not being knowledgeable about whats happening with your eyes. For us first time people with no prior eye issues these visits can be scary. Optical on the other hand was a wonderful experience and truly what I expect from customer service. I recommend working on the morale, demeanor and sensitivity of your assistants and receptionists.
