    Such a fantastic experience, ending with an even better result than I had hoped for. Courtesy and respect were provided every step of the process - from my initial phone call to schedule an appointment, to the appointment itself and then, of course the actual surgery. I had the lower blepharoplasty done. Dr. Scruggs had my total confidence. Everything that had been previously explained to me, including my questions, was precisely what had happened. No surprises.     My husband and I have been to both the Orange City and Deland offices. Both offices are very efficiently operated. All employees are professional and kind. The doctors we have seen explain what they are doing and why. Highly recommend Central Florida Eye Specialists
