I have been a patient of Dr. Millender now for about 5 years and she is an excellent glaucoma specialist. I had glaucoma surgery at Duke University and my surgeon there recommended her to me as she did her residency at the Duke Eye Center and her office at Carolina Eye Associates was near where I live. Dr. Millender is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and an excellent physician. She has a team of assistants that you are able to call directly and I feel like I get much better care doing this. I highly recommend Dr. Millender to you.

First appointment with Dr. Millender, somewhat of an emergency. She is very knowledgeable and professional, took time to made certain I understood options and selected path of treatment. Highly recommended. Along with Dr. Throneburg, a good team for my needs.

I am very pleased with Dr. Millender and staff. My procedure went well, and my post-op exam with dr. Thornburg is very good. 20/20 vision, no after surgery problems, and if recommended I will let dr. Millender preform the surgery. I received calls fro Dr. Millender and an associate to check on my progress. I will recommend this service to my family and friends.
