I was a bit overwhelmed at first. Lots of patients, several wait rooms. However the check in was quick and efficient and I never was waiting more than 10 minutes in any lobby. My wife was encouraged to accompany me throughout. The tech Travis was thorough and answered all my questions. Blake, who took measurements, was efficient and answered my questions. Dr. French came to my room with his transcribing assistant and presented my options for surgery and answered my questions. I was processing my options and felt a bit rushed and made my decision based on his advice. I was surprised that the surgery would be presented so soon. Overall I was impressed with the process of the evaluation and that it moved so quickly given that the facility was so crowded. Checkout and scheduling were quick. It helped to have my calendar available. The dilation drops were effective and wore off quickly. I was able to drive home wearing my sunglasses.
