Yes, I, like everyone else, had to wait to be seen. I appreciate that each of the associates that did a test were polite, thorough, and professional. It was probably an hour after my appointed time before I actually got to see Dr. Hadad, but, like the associates, when she did get to me she was polite, thorough, professional and took to time to make sure I understood what had happened and what the future held.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. I really like my Ophthalmologist. My only issue, on my last couple of visits, is the amount of people they schedule at once. When I arrived this last visit, there were literally 2 dozen people in the waiting room. I waited 25 minutes to be called into the back, only to read an eye chart then sit in a different waiting room for 20 minutes; then called back again to do some tests on the machines and another 30 minute wait for the doctor. From the time I went to the initial waiting room until I checked out it was an hour and a half and I only delt with people for 15 minutes. Unfortunately, my wait times my two prior visits were worse.
