The efficiency of Carolina Eye Associates out does any other physicians office that I have been to! I do have reservations, however, on the time Doctors spend with patients - at least the two I have come in contact with. Doctors give lots of information as if by rote - without consideration of how the patient is understanding. Yes, they do ask if there are questions, but dont wait long for any answers. When I saw Dr Almony. She gave me a lot of information and because I was rather upset with the diagnosis not all of it registered and I told her that I needed to process all she had given me. She then dictated a memo to Dr Bowling and proceeded to leave. I left - not a very happy camper! I go to Payment(?) area and have this paper presented with instructions to fill out. No explanation what-so-ever-something about somebody paying for the shots. I still dont understand. I do not know how to contact Dr Almony with my questions NOR to get info on what that paper is all about!
