Maddie at the Milford location was fantastic! I had a difficult time scheduling my cataract surgery, so I drove to the office and she walked me through each step to help me get all of the paperwork done, got the insurance questions answered, and my appointment scheduled with the surgical team. Dr. Nirali Patel is thorough and kind, explaining things as she runs through the testing and answering questions along the way. She is patient and kind, too!I also cant say enough about the entire staff, who are always pleasant and helpful, preparing you for your appointment. Everyone Ive met at Boston Vision Milford has been a delight.
