Dr. Brenner and Dr. Naigle are great! They are kind and knowledgeable. They listen to you and seem to really care. The scheduling and billing departments are helpful as well. The staff at Medford are great! The front desk people at the Andover location are inconsistent. The only significant issue I have is its impossible to get in touch with anyone for a clinical question during the day. I have had a lot of eye pain and the on call during off hours is the only response I have gotten. They say they check the clinical voicemail every hour and get back to you within 24 hours.. not always true.

My experience was excellent especially With the new staff that I met for the first time. I was please with the service I had received.
