I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Brenner with my Lasik procedure. During the consultation the entire staff made me feel relaxed and validated in my questions and concerns. I came to Boston Vision after a consultation somewhere else and it was honestly night and day. From feeling like a pain and inconvenience at Mass Eye Ear, to here at Boston Vision I felt incredibly taken care of. I am a typically anxious person who has a hard time even with eye drops, and as nervous as I was for surgery, they talk you through the steps, are patient with you, and before you know it, the surgery is done. I felt truly no pain and the pressure was absolutely manageable and for only a second. I really felt like it took maybe 10 minutes maximum that I was on the table. Dr. Brenner was kind enough to put specific music on that would help me calm down. Everything about the process has been clear, communicative, efficient, and helpful.
