Staff were all excellent, Reception, assistants, and the doctor. However, I had to wait 40 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment. I wasnt advised of the wait or of progress towards being seen.

I had waited years to finally get Lasik and I am so glad that I did. Boston Vision was referred through my optometrist and they were great from our initial appointment to review if I was a good candidate through surgery and post opt.Several things stood out to me.First was how thorough they explained everything and the various options that were available which made the decision that much easier to make.Then the facility itself looked pristine as if it was the first week it was open although they had been open for years.And the third major thing that stood out was how friendly and personal the staff was throughout the process. Boston Lasik ran like a well oiled operation but still maintained those personal touch moments that one may look for when making a major life decision.
