This was one of the best experiences I ever had since I have been going to the doctor office. The staffs are very professional, they treat patientswith respect and dignity. The place is very convenient with plenty metered parking all around.Dr. Brenner makes you feel at home, a true place of healing. He takes time to listen to your concerns and I feel my eye issue was resolved even before I leave the clinic.Everyone who is dealing with a vision problem should go to Boston Vision first to get your vision restored just like me before you go anywhere else.

The entire experience was pleasant. I came in for a LASIK consultation, I didn't have to wait long, and the exams was more thorough than anything I've ever been through. Felt like I got more than enough information, and they listened to all my concerns. This rating is purely base on the consultation, will update ratings and review after the surgery and maybe a couple months after if there is any changes.

I am a fairly new patient at Boston Vision in Brookline. I followed Dr Urlman when he relocated to Boston Vision having been a patient of his for a number of years. The staff at this new location couldnt be nicer, helpful and efficient. I know I made the right decision for sure.Susan S. spellmanHello Boston Vision I clicked YES on the Dec 5th visit that I would recommend Boston Vision- unfortunately it did not give me the opportunity to add my comments. It is important to note the weather that day was treacherous high winds and pouring rain that made me 15 minutes late.I called to let the front desk know very stressed. They were very reassuring. I also was stressed when I realized I was missing my Credit card. I have all the confidence in the staff and Dr. Urlman.

Overall it was fine/good. The receptionist I had was not very warm or friendly which did not make a good first impression. I also waited over 40 minutes to be called which was disappointing. The eye technicians were friendly and quick. Good insight and recs from doctor in terms of when I should get cataract surgery and explanation of what it will entail.
