I went in to see what my options were for my severe nearsightedness. I actually initially went to the Andover office, which was terrific. I was educated on my options, understanding that laser surgery would be risky and ICL would be the best solution. I decided to move forward and scheduled for my surgery to be in the Brookline office where Dr. Melki is mainly working out of (the founder). The entire staff at Brookline is also very professional and polite, and the place is spotless. I ended up backing out as I hoped for laser (corrective surgery) instead of ICL (implanted contacts that would be removed when I get cataract surgery). My option for correcting my eyesight isnt what I hoped for since my eyesight is so bad, but Im grateful and super satisfied with the services I received at Boston Vision. Id recommend them, even for just learning your options.

I waited over an hour and a half to see the ophthalmologist, after arriving ten minutes early myself. They told me it was a computer error, which was not acceptable. The doctor apologized. They should have a sign in the inside waiting room saying that if one has been waiting more than, say, 20, to approach the desk.
