Doctors and Techs are top notch...my experience is w/ Dr Brenner who performed my fentosecond cataract surgery.Front desk experience has been undesirable - i waited 75 minutes to see my doctor only to learn that I wasn't appropriately checked-in (even after physically checking in at front desk)

THE WALTHAM FACILITY IS JUST AS GOOD AS BROOKLINE. FROM GREETING TO CHECKOUT A GREAT ENVIRONMENT, CARING STAFF, AND EFFICIENT PROCESS MADE MY SURGERY EASY. PROFESSIONAL, EXPERIENCED PROVIDERS. VERY MODERN TECHNOLOGY AND THOROUGH SERVICE. ONLY WISH CARE WAS MORE CONSISTENT TO 1-2 SPECIFIC PEOPLE. OVERALL STILL 5 STARS
