I highly recommend this office. Today was my first time being there, and I love the new location, very easy to get to. It is a new space and all of the equipment is brand new. The office is very well organized and they have a very efficient system for checking patients in and out as well as the process of pre-exam testing, updating and noting any issues prior to meeting with your scheduled doctor so that doctor can read this report over and be completely informed and prepared for the visit. Johnny was great doing all of my pre-exam procedures and notes. Dr. Dunker, Stephanie, was also amazing very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. She explained everything that was going on with my eyes. Also, I never felt rushed and I felt well taken care of. All of the staff was very friendly and very aware of what their job was and did it well. The entire office, exam rooms, and waiting areas are very clean, and the equipment was thoroughly sanitized with alcohol wipes, and then dried off prior to the patient having to touch anything. Dr. Claudia Arrigg, as always, provides above and beyond care and concern. My review is so long because I was very impressed. This type of care and efficiency is so uncommon these days. I am glad I had the opportunity to share my wonderful experience.
