This was my initial visit. I was seen on time, and the office provided a comfortable environment. I received a very thorough eye exam. Dr. Melki patiently answered all of my questions, and at no time did I feel that my appointment was rushed. After my visit, I definitely felt that I had made the right decision choosing Boston Eye Group/Boston Eye Laser. I highly recommend Dr. Melki and staff for your vision needs.

It's a teaching facility so the quality of the interaction varies a bit from visit to visit, but they are pretty good overall. I like my doctor, and their equipment seems up to date. Occasionally I encounter a glitch with the front desk. For example, on my last visit on July 28, 2020, my eyeglasses rx was not filled out correctly and I had difficulty getting a complete and accurate replacement form.
