Dr. Brenner and his staff were so helpful in every way possible! My surgery went great. The staff explains everything and eases any worries prior to surgery as well as after. You also get the direct cell phone number for 24 hr contact with any questions post op. I love my 20/15 vision and would not have changed a thing!

I had a very good appointment with Dr Brenner. He was pleasant to talk with and straightforward with his explanation of my diagnosis.

Very easy in-and-out eye exam in a convenient location. I noticed there was very little paperwork to fill out, even though I was a new patient. Wait time was maybe 20 minutes and the exam about a half hour long. Looking forward to returning in 2 years.

I had a very thorough and efficient appointment - from the various tests to determine if Im eligible to seeing the doctor and then finally the surgeon, everything ran like a well oiled machine. I did have to wait a half hour past my appointment to be taken in but it did seem like the office was particularly busy and running late that day. The billing woman at the end explained everything to me from the costs to the procedure itself to post-care. I felt comfortable and confident proceeding with the process. The surgeons seem highly qualified and professional. My only complaint is I wish they took time to answer more questions and not rush from one step to another - I felt slightly uncomfortable taking up more time asking questions and I had the feeling my concerns and questions were not invited. This could have been due to the business of the office that day however.
