Very accommodating when I had to change the date of my procedure. Each person at the Surgisite in Waltham was polite, professional, and conscious of COVID protocol. The procedure itself went smoothly and quickly. My questions were answered when reviewing the postoperative care information. My aftercare visit to Hopedale was likewise thorough and professional. The tech asked my permission before having the trainee with her examine my eye, which has unusual reaction to light and movement. Each person I encountered from the receptionist all the way to the surgeon, performed their respective jobs with assurance,politeness, and professionalism. I would highly recommend Boston Eye Group for any eye care needs.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. Masks and hand sanitizer are available. Hand held devices and equipment were cleaned before use. The doctor was nice and very thorough. The optician was very kind and helpful.
