Very professional from the service rep at the front desk, the doctors' assistants that do the eye tests and to meet Dr. Pham for the first time. I was there only an hour, called me in on time. I'm very impressed with the whole appointment experience. Very professional... Thank you!!

I loved my experience at Boston Vision. From the front desk, to the person checking my eyes, and then the doctor the service was better than I expected. Everyone was very informative and polite. The location was extremely clean, quiet, and private. I would definitely recommend anyone to go. The tech is up to date and employees are bilingual!

The Boston Vision team were really professional and made the whole experience as easy as possible, especially considering that I flew into Boston for my procedure. They responded to my (numerous) questions within a very short timeframe and provided me with very detailed responses. They sent through information packs and videos in advance to explain all of the details around the PRK procedure so I knew exactly what to expect. They had put a lot of thought into all of the details, including provided a little bag for after the procedure which included the eyedrops, more information for post-op care and even a pair of sunglasses to help with the light sensitivity. I would highly recommend Boston Vision to anyone looking to do PRK!

My experience at Boston Vision surpassed my expectations. I went into the office initially anxious as I am weary of the though of lasers in my eyes. As soon as I got to Boston Vision, I found the staff was very welcoming. They placed me in a relaxing room with snacks to ease my nerves before the surgery. When it came to the surgery, it was very quick and painless. The process was slightly uncomfortable, but I expected it to be worse. I had a slightly burning sensation in my eyes after the surgery, but it was nothing compared to what I expected. I took a short nap when I got home and continued with the eye drops, and once I woke up, the burning sensation was gone. The same day after surgery I felt I was on a very fast road to recovery. Today, its day 5 post-surgery where my eyes feel amazing with great vision. I could not thank Boston Vision for making this process so seamless and easy!
