10 years out after having laser surgery with Dr Larson, I am doing great! No scarring or night vision abnormalities. I have moved back to Michigan and have had several Drs comment on the amazing job Dr Larson did!! They cant tell I had surgery unless I tell them.
Dr. Saipe and his entire team are extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and accommodating. From the time of my initial consultation through the post-op care for the recent removal of my cataract, I was very impressed with Dr. Saipe's thoroughness and his patience at answering all questions and providing expert guidance through the process. He instilled a high level of confidence thanks to his demeanor and his well organized team. I feel very fortunate to have had a professional of his caliber perform my eye surgery, and I would highly recommend him to others.
It's hard to imagine a more professionally run, and expertly-staffed facility, and I feel very fortunate that we have one of this world class caliber right here in Chittenden County! I also cannot give Juli Larson enough accolades for the level of expertise that she has, which when combined with her exceptional focus to the highest level of care, puts her in a class of her own!

The expert care and attention to detail I experienced was top notch, not only leading up to and on the day of surgery, but also during follow up visits. Her explanation of what was occurring in my eye, and the subsequent treatment to correct it was straight forward and easy to understand. Thank you Dr. Juli !!! The nursing staff and technicians performed their duties in a very professional and efficient manner during eye examination as well as in surgery prep. Support staff at the front desk as well as the scheduler of surgery were great. The facility is very clean and state of the art in my opinion. I'll be back when it's time to address my other eye!
Juli Larson is a superb doctor, diagnostician , totally dedicated to her patients. I had a failed cataract surgery at the University of Vermont Medical Center. I asked friends for recommendations where to turn for my other eye. All said to go see Dr. Juli Larson. She saw me the day after I telephoned. She and her staff spent over 4 hours on eye tests/ examinations. She corrected part of the issue with a 15 minute Laser surgery . She put the Touric lens for astigmatism in the right eye. I now have perfect vision in the right eye. I will still wear glasses for the left eye, although the laser surgery improved vision. I am grateful to Julie and all members of the staff. Not only for their superb work but also for their kindness and care. Surgery there was top notch and personal. I only wish I had asked for recommendations initially!
