I needed to reschedule my appointment, I was able to get an appointment the following week. I asked lots of questions and all of my questions got respectful, clear and concise answers. The eye exam equipment was used by a technician who knew just how to properly use it, and ensured that I could trust my optical prescription was correct. When I saw the opthalmologist after, she also made sure that my eyes were healthy, my optical prescription was correct and that sooner or later I would need cataract surgery, but for now, I could rely on new glasses. She explained the procedure for cataract surgery, the difference in new lenses and the pricing options for each. I came away very well educated about my whole opthamolgicalexpected outcomes. The entire office, from intake, waiting room and examination was excellent! Everyone was exceptionally professional and I have now recommended Westlake Eyes to others already.
