My in take process was professional and cordial. There was no waste of my time which is very important to me. I walked away from my appointment with confidence knowing that this facet of my health care was assessed efficiently and effectively. I rarely recommend anyone but I have no issues recommending Westlake Eye Specialists to a friend or family member, also I will be taking my kids there to have their eye exams done as well.

Office should have forewarned that there would be a book of personal information they need from. Maybe they could email forms in advance. Or suggest you come to your appointment earlier.Patients should be provided back up documentation of services rendered.
