They check everything before a diagnosis to be sure to be as accurate as possible great service as well as discussing the outcome you expecting. The outcome was better than I could have imagined having had poor eyesight since 4th grade and now in my 70's; what a change Thank you to Dr. Vendal and the staff at Westlake Eye Specialist.

Excellent care, however wait times are excessive. About one hour, forty minutes from scheduled appointment time to departure for optic nerve photos, pressure checks, read a eye charts, quick personal eye checks by Dr Vendal, and a short discussion about sparse quantity of Lumigan eye drops medication in their bottles.

I had cataract surgery on both of my eyes, which were performed by Dr. Vendal. I used the Westlake Eye Specialists office in Kyle, TX. The surgery was performed at the Hays Surgery Center in Kyle by Dr. Vendal. At our pre-surgery meeting she explained the procedure and in both surgeries was there to ask me if there was anything I wanted to ask before the surgeries. I found her to be professional and kind. She is very experienced and would recommend her to anyone requiring eye surgery.
