Good practice. The front desk is not as organized or as professional as I might like, but the doctors and professional staff are excellent. Reasonable regarding time for appointments, waiting time, and charges. The front desk staff don't seem particularly anxious to greet patients and may be struggling with an out-dated system for managing the practice. With better tools, and a welcoming smile, the first impression of this practice would be five stars - like the rest of the experience.

I was seen within 10 min. of my appointment. Then I had to sit at the waiting area again, but that was for my eyes to dilate. I assume they take advantage of that time to see other patients. When I was seen by Dr. Loizos he spoke clearly and didn't seem rushed as if he was just trying to get me out of there. The staff was courteous. Costumer service was good
