As a native Clevelander who now lives out of town, coming home with an eye issue is never fun. I called Fairview Eye Center when I realized I had an eyelash growing in the socket of my eye, a variation of medial canthal trichiasis, on a Friday an hour before closing as a brand new patient. Their staff not only calmly handled what was an uncomfortable and worrisome eye crisis to me, they got me in to see an ophthalmologist within an hour of calling them to address the issue. Ive never had such a positive experience at an eye doctor! Shane Seipel took his time, spoke with me and answered all questions to be sure I understood what the issue was, and was so kind and nurturing to remedy this eyelash growing in a place it shouldnt be. Thank you, Fairview Eye Center! I would recommend this practice to anyone in the Cleveland area.

Post-op eye appointment was great..! Everything went quickly and very smoothly. Ginny and her assistant was very helpful in determining contact lens situation.

I had eye floaters and vision issues, and they took me right away. Dr Michalos was very nice and showed genuine concern for my eye issue.
