From my time of arrival to exiting the facility, my appointment was exemplary. The person who checked me in was friendly and helpful. The first assistant I encountered was efficient and knowledgeable, the second person to assist me greeted me with a smile and explained the test I was to undergo and Dr. Seipel conducted my eye exam, after which he explained all topics of concern, answering my questions in a manner which was easy to understand.
